For the Past few months we have been working closely with The North West Culinary Team to design their menus and a sculptural piece for their upcoming Hotelympia Competition this month in London. We created 6 large and 3 small menus with each menu having a very special glass piece featuring scenes from Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim. We also made a large glass platter that sits in a beautiful natural bog oak piece made by Michael Griffin, from Raw Studio Donegal Craft Village.

Here in the studio its been all wedding talk over a lot of regular, green and decaf tea as the eldest of us is planning hers!! so exciting!
