  4. Local News- Go Team North West

For the Past few months we have been working closely with The North West Culinary Team to design their menus and a sculptural piece for their upcoming Hotelympia Competition this month in London. We created 6 large and 3 small menus with each menu having a very special glass piece featuring scenes from Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim. We also made a large glass platter that sits in a beautiful natural bog oak piece made by Michael Griffin, from Raw Studio Donegal Craft Village.

We wish the whole team all the best of luck in London at the end of this month for they really deserve it! @NWCulinaryTeam
